About

As my study of spiritual philosophy grew with my meditation practice, I considered how my voice might help others in their practice as the voices of my teachers helped me. Several years ago, I began sharing my meditations on markzelinsky.com and insighttimer.com. I’m informed by many traditions, but I’m especially interested in the natural world and trying to live an honest day to day life. Meditation is a means to this end primarily: to become less distracted by what is contrived and false, especially in our own hearts, and open to what is good, natural, and true.
